We talked with Daniel Mora, Chef of Sa Pedrera d’es Pujol, a nice and beautiful restaurant in Sant Lluís, Menorca. We had the pleasure of talking to him about how he fuses traditional Menorcan cuisine with modern twists.

We met Gemma, an equine expert and manager of Son Bou, a project that rescues and promotes the «Camí de Cavalls» a combination of historical routes that surround the island of Menorca. We had the opportunity to ride one of her mares and learn about this tradition so deeply rooted in Menorcan culture. An unforgettable experience that we invite you to enjoy.
